What a coincedence i do too!... But some people would not agree
with us.
MCR have been described by other punk bands as a giant, fast
moving truck hurtling towards a deer... cool yes except they say that this deer is punk... confusing??? yeh i thought so too.
How is MCR killing punk? thats what i would like to know!
Well my opiinion is that they are actually more rock than anything
else, but they would mostly fall into the 'punk rock' category. Yes i know big words... damn vocabulary.
Also i have to add they cant be half bad if they have done a duet
with The Used! (see in lyrics 'Under Pressure')
It all started in New Jersey in the early 2000's when lead singer
Gerard Way and drummer Matt Pelissier decided to start writing some songs together. But it wasnt until 2002 that the bands
first album 'I Brought You My Bullets, You Brought Me Your Love' was released by EyeBall Records.
With just a small following, their fame didnt come until their
new album 'Three Cheers For Sweet Revenge' was released just recently. Punk is now it seems 'in'. We all hope this dies
soon... WE ARE NOT THE MAJORITY!
